Mechno looks to me like he could be a side kick to Ming the Merciless in an old black and white Buck Rogers serial. That's kinda why a tagged him with the "Evil Robot Henchman" sub title. Who doesn't need an evil robot henchman to do their little dirty jobs in life, eh? Of course they are bound to malfunction at a critical time. It's part of the evil robot henchman code.
