I've had this metal sunburst thingy for at least 5 years or so collecting dust. Actually I have a lot of parts collecting dust waiting for that moment when inspiration hits and it begins it's second life. I think I am becoming a borderline hoarder. I recently threw it into the scrap metal to be recycled box when at the last minute it hit me, "This looks like a tutu!". Not long after "Prima" was born. I AM NOT A HOARDER!
