Saucerbot 74
Saucerbot 74, 10" on stand, 2024.
(hard drive platter, brass candle holder bowls, electric motor casing, drawer knob, lamp shade frame,
35mm film canister, electric candle LED, etc. )
I had the saucer part of Saucerbot 74 already done when I got inspiration from a small brass lamp shade frame for a stand. I then got further inspired from the remnants of a electronic flickering candle to add the center glowing column to give it a sense of blasting off into the wild blue yonder.
